If your project needs more than a simple site, we’ll spend some time working out the details together. This might include:

This helps us give you an accurate quote and plan, without guesswork.

Any scoping work is billable, but the cost is deducted from your the balance due at completion if you decide to go ahead.

Once we understand what’s needed, we’ll give you a clear, itemised quote showing how long each part will take and what it will cost. You can see exactly where your budget is going.

We’ll explain any options or trade-offs in plain language, so you can make informed decisions before committing.

Structure of payments are agreed before work commences, generally 50% on commencement, 50% on completion

• Usually 1-3 working days to prepare, depending on complexity

This is where we do the actual development work. We build according to the agreed scope, and keep you as involved (or hands-off) as you prefer..

If you want to make changes during the build, that’s fine, if it fits within the agreed time, there’s no extra charge. If not, we’ll give you a clear update on cost and timeline before continuing.

Typical time required:

• Basic sites: 1-2 weeks
• More complex builds: longer than this, depending on features

When everything’s ready, we can either hand the site over for you to manage, or run it for you.
