We believe in being upfront about how we work — no hidden costs or surprises.

We charge £50 per hour, tracked in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum per job. After each piece of work, you’ll receive an itemised invoice that includes a detailed timesheet, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Your first 30-minute discovery call is completely free — just a relaxed chat about what you need. If your project requires more detailed scoping, it’s billed at our standard hourly rate. That includes things like high-level summaries, wireframes, and user stories. Any time spent on scoping is fully deducted from your final project cost if you decide to go ahead with us.

We provide hosting at cost — no markups. For most projects, we manage hosting directly with our trusted supplier, Hostinger, who offer reliable, affordable plans with excellent performance. For larger or more complex sites, we can recommend and set up hosting that fits your specific needs.

Yes — registered charities and not-for-profit organisations receive a 20% discount on both project and retainer work. In addition, each of our developers dedicates up to 20 volunteer hours a year to causes they’re passionate about within the community.

We’re always happy to liaise with other developers or suppliers to make transitions as smooth as possible.
Some platforms and hosting environments are restrictive, meaning a full rebuild may be required to move your site elsewhere.
Because migrations between different tech stacks can be complex, any associated setup or transfer work is billed in advance.
If you’re moving away from us, we’ll provide all reasonable access and documentation to help your new team get up and running.
